Following on from our Refurbishments and Shopfits we found ourselves managing a number of portfolios and individual properties on behalf of our existing clients, particularly in the Central London area.

This quickly expanded and resulted in us establishing a presence in Fitzrovia W1.

Utilizing this location for Personnel, Tools an Materials, enables us to provide a very quick response to callouts in the busiest part of London, whilst still being cost-effective on even the 30 minute jobs WITHOUT the annoying "add-ons" like congestion and parking.

We have succesfully managed a number of fit outs for a range of clients which have included Bookmakers, Dental Surgeries, Offices and Pop-up Shops.

We offer a full range of services from a simple Pop-up shop for a weekend promotion to a fully fitted out bespoke shop.

Originally established to handle our own portfolio of properties we quickly expanded to manage projects on behalf of a small group of clients built upon by recommendation through word of mouth..
In this time we have managed projects ranging from 1 bedroom basement flats to an 8 bedroom period country house with listed building requirements.
